1 cup plain yogurt
1 chopped banana or 2 small finger bananas
½ teaspoon ground green cardamom
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon powdered jaggery or sugar
Pinch nutmeg (optional)
1. Place the yogurt, banana, cardamom, vanilla, jaggery and nutmeg (if using) in a blender and blend on high to make a smooth creamy drink.
