That was our experience as we enjoyed walking along the waterfront in Kochi’s old town near the Chinese fishing nets and fish market. A young vendor named Shiva was carefully frying up tantalizing cassava chips with chili powder and lime🌶️ __ Were they as good as we hoped they’d be? A center for spice trade for centuries it is still a thriving center of commerce.
